NEWS - MAY 28/12 - NEW ALBUM RELEASED Colin James will release his 15th career record on June 12 which will be entitled "FIFTEEN" ...by bizarre coincidence. There are songwriting collaborations with Ron Sexsmith, Gordie Johnson and Tom Wilson as well as a few covers by the likes of John Lennon, Allen Toussaint, Peter Green, and Irish singer/songwriter Foy Vance.
In many ways Colin has been Canada’s quiet superstar – going about the business of making consistently excellent music, all the while etching out his own unique and important place in this country’s musical history. With this landmark album, he has hit the mark on all fronts showing why he is one of the most accomplished and well-rounded artists around. A folk festival rug rat, singer/songwriter Liam Titcomb grew up backstage. Liam was signed to Sony Canada when he was 15. Now 23, Liam is a seasoned and respected musician who was nominated for the Canadian Radio Music Awards for Best New Group or Solo Artist (Hot AC) and whose single “Sad Eyes” went Top 10 and Counting Headlights Top 20. Living in Nashville and the UK over the past year, he’s set to release his third studio album next month.
